Cascade Village Condominiums

Back to other Condos over $250k

Cascade Village is my seventh rated community in the Condominiums over $250,000 category with a rating of 4.8/10. It’s located about one mile north of the ski area. This community has a swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts. The surrounding views of the trees, cliffs and mountains are drop-dead beautiful. At Cascade Village, you get a much larger home at a great price compared to the options right at the base of the ski area. These homes sell in the $260,000 to $430,000 range. If you like the outdoors and being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you should check out Cascade Village.

Five reasons you’ll want a home at Cascade Village:

  • Beautiful surroundings and open space
  • Most homes have great views
  • You can rent your home short-term while you’re not there
  • You’ll be 5 minutes from the ski area
  • Great amenities
