Tamarron Condominiums

Back to other Condos over $250k

Tamarron Condominiums is my sixth rated community in the Condominiums over $250,000 category with a rating of 6/10. Located about half way between Durango and the Purgatory ski area, the Tamarron condominiums are a good choice if you do not want to be too far from town but like living in the tall pines with views of the cliffs and Glacier Club golf course. There are diverse floor-plan options with affordable prices between $260,000 and $380,000. There are small studio units available in the main multi story building that are price under $100,000. Owners have access to a fitness room, swimming pool, and extensive walking trails. As with most condominium communities at or near the ski area, vacation rentals are allowed and they have a rental office located in the main lodge building.

Five reasons you’ll want to have a home at Tamarron:

  • Beautiful surroundings – tall pines and rock formations
  • Extensive walking trails
  • Near expensive homes at modest prices
  • Good amenities
  • Exteriors recently renovated and updated
