We purchased a home in Durango though we live in the Phoenix area. It was a wonderful experience with the Setkas. They assisted us in finding everything from inspectors, to contractors, to a mortgage. They were friendly and helpful, but most importantly to us they showed great integrity. If we were to purchase another property in Durango, we would definitely contact the Setkas first.

I always appreciate how quickly you respond to questions and concerns, as well as the patience and thoroughness you bring to your responses.
