Many of the homes have views of the La Plata Mountains; there are one, two, and three bedroom models. The community is primarily occupied by owners and a number of financing options with low down payments are available. If you like in-town convenience and a great location, Silver Peaks should be on your list. Silver Peaks condos sold in the $289,000 to $389,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $314,000.
