The Boulevard Condominiums are my second rated community in the Condominiums over $450,000 category with a rating of 7.18/10; the homes are located in town a few blocks from downtown. They are on 3rd Avenue south of the historic district where homes of the late 1800’s and early 1900’s have been restored to their original beauty. Boulevard homes have great floorplans and some have views to the west and south. Boulevard condos sold in the $485,000 to $665,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $593,800. These homes are perfect if you would like to be able to walk downtown and be in a central, convenient location.
