Pear Tree Condominiums is my number one rated community in the Condominium Under $450,000 Category with a rating of 7.45/10. It is located near the northern Durango city limits and the newly created Oxbow recreation area on the Animas River. The Durango river trail is scheduled to be extended into the area in the near future. Some of these two bedroom homes have large two car garages and patio areas. The trolley stop is located right out front. If you like getting a lot for your money and a convenient location, Pear Tree could be perfect. Pear Tree condos sold in the $282,000 to $331,500 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $306,750.
