We purchased a home in Durango though we live in the Phoenix area. It was a wonderful experience with the Setkas. They assisted us in finding everything from inspectors, to contractors, to a mortgage. They were friendly and helpful, but most importantly to us they showed great integrity. If we were to purchase another property in Durango, we would definitely contact the Setkas first.

We found Steve and Kathy to be very knowledgeable about the area and the different areas that might appeal to us.
