Cascade Village is my seventh rated community in the Condominiums over $450,000 category with a rating of 4.8/10. It’s located about one mile north of the ski area. This community has a swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts. The surrounding views of the trees, cliffs and mountains are drop-dead beautiful. At Cascade Village, you get a much larger home at a great price compared to the options right at the base of the ski area. Larger Cascade Village condos (over 1150 square feet) sold in the $382,000 to $970,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $634,000. There are many smaller units available for well below $450,000 in the Cascade Village community. If you like the outdoors and being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you should check out Cascade Village.
