My highest rated community is Dove Ranch, located on the north side of town. Most homes are on normal to large size residential lots, some homes are on small patio home lots. Most were built between 1990 and 2015 and are very well maintained. Most of the homes have open space views; some homes on South side of Dove Ranch Road have long southern views overlooking central Bayfield. Dove Ranch homes sold in the $339,000 to $749,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $490,000. If you are looking for a community with newer homes, nice landscaping, and open space; Dove Ranch should be on your short list.
