The Kendall condominiums is my fifth rated community in the Condominiums over $450,000 category with a rating of 6.43/10. These homes are located at the Village at Purgatory. This community offers a lot of the same benefits as Purgatory Lodge, but at a much lower price. Kendall condos sold in the $166,200 to $610,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $331,000. If you like skiing in and out of the building and year-round access to hiking and biking trails, you should have Kendall condominiums on you short list.
