If you are buying your condo as a second home and would like to rent it short-term while you are not using it, Ferringway condominiums is one of the few in-town that allow vacation rentals; in fact, they have a vacation rental office in the community. There are one and two bedroom models, a swimming pool, and the trolley stops right out in front. Fort Lewis College is across the street and Hillcrest Golf Course is nearby. Ferringway condos sold in the $219,000 to $510,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $326,200.
