Silver Pick Condominiums is my number seventh rated community in the Condominiums Under $450,000 Category with a rating of 5.95/10. The homes are located about one mile from the Purgatory Ski Area and 27 miles from the Durango City limits. These one and two bedroom homes are located in the tall pines. If you like hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities, this is a great place to live. As with most condominium communities north of town and near the ski area, vacation rentals are allowed. There is a vacation rental office and a restaurant located in the community. Silverpick condos sold in the $229,000 to $535,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $352,000.
Five reasons that you’ll want to buy a home in the Silver Pick Community:
- Close proximity to Purgatory Ski Area
- You can rent your unit when you are not using it
- Restaurant and vacation rental office in community
- Prices represent a good value
- Lots of open space and tall pines
