The community is located behind Home Depot in the southern section of town. The Animas River trail and beautiful park on the river is nearby. The homes have two-car garages, air conditioning, and most have two master bedroom suites. The Boulders townhomes sold in the $475,000 to $561,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $513,500.
