Crimson Cliffs is my fifth rated community in the Condominiums under $600,000 category with a rating of 6.24/10; if you like drop-dead beautiful Animas Valley and the red cliffs Crimson Cliffs should be strongly considered; it is located just north of the city limits, some of the homes have views of the Animas Valley and the majestic red cliffs. The community is near the new Oxbow Park on the Animas River; the River trail is scheduled to be extended nearby very soon. Crimson Cliffs townhomes sold in the $510,000 to $590,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $544,500.
