I have negotiated multi-million-dollar deals so I knew complexity could be a challenge. Not for Steve and Kathy. From market analysis to small details- Steve always had incredibly helpful input. He was very responsive and patient as we navigated the real estate market. We (eventually) found a great property and the closing went by smoother than I anticipated. He even arranged financing that was helpful and walked artfully guided each step of the closing. He was also very responsive. In fact, I needed a ride from the airport and called him out of the blue.
