Two of the oldest subdivisions in Bayfield are the Yucca Estates and Cedar Hills neighborhoods, which are my 5th rated communities. It is home to Bayfield middle and high schools. The elementary School is 7 minutes away. These communities are located north of Hwy 160 and south of Dove Ranch, my top rated community. If you are looking to get the most for your money, you should consider these neighborhoods or the downtown area. Homes in these areas sold in the $300,000 to $500,000 range during 2021/22, with an average price of $386,600, there is a section with modular and manufactured homes that sell in a lower range, those were not considered in my evaluation. Most homes were built between 1975 and 1995 and vary in style, size and condition.
